Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order, return an unused item, or report an issue with your order, please review the information below.

Order Cancellations

Unfulfilled orders may be canceled through your customer account until 11:59 PM local time on the day the order was placed.

Once the cancellation window has passed or your order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled. If eligible, you may return the item after it is delivered in accordance with our return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be returned with its original packaging and any included components, accessories, or documentation.

Returns are subject to a $4.95 flat-rate return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns are processed in the customer account.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, the item will be visually inspected to confirm that it meets our return eligibility requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued within 7 days of our receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the $4.95 return shipping fee and any other applicable non-refundable charges.

After a refund is issued, additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance rather than initiating a standard return.

Our team will review the issue and provide instructions for the appropriate resolution. The standard $4.95 return shipping fee does not apply to approved returns resulting from damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, a $4.95 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please follow the return instructions provided when initiating your return. We are unable to guarantee refunds for items returned outside of the designated return process.
