Order Processing & Shipping

Orders take 1 business days to process, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

While we make every effort to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible, processing and transit times are estimates only. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, inventory availability or other unforeseen circumstances.

Hunter Irrigation reserves the right to select or modify shipping methods when necessary to ensure efficient delivery. Large, oversized or multi package orders may be shipped using alternate carriers or services not displayed at checkout.

Order Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing period or another timeframe provided during checkout, we will provide any delay notice, consent request, cancellation opportunity or refund required by applicable law.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes tracking information. Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order leaves our facility.

Customers with an online account may also review order status and shipment activity through their Customer Account. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping and handling fees are calculated during checkout and displayed before an order is submitted. By completing your purchase, you agree to the shipping charges presented at checkout.

Ownership of products and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the shipment is released to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped. If the order is not reshipped, any available refund will be processed according to our Returns and Refund Policy. Shipping charges and other costs incurred because of incorrect customer-provided information may be deducted from the refund.
